Complaints and returns of goods

RULES FOR RETURN ORDER:
The money return within 30 days is our way to ensure your full satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know within 30 calendar days of receiving your order and we will refund your money in full. The Company may request further information from the customer if the device is reported as defective or non -functional. Customers are paid by the costs of transporting the returned goods.

To start a return of goods, you can contact us at support@bennio.cz. If your return is accepted, we will refund your money after receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for reimbursement of return costs. The goods sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We do not return the rejected shipments or shipments returned to the address unconfirmed by our company.
All customers who order goods from the sale (goods at a discounted price) are subject to the final sale (without the possibility of returning). If you have a problem with an order or product, please write us at support@bennio.cz.
For some items marked in the product description "sale", it is not possible to refund money, get credit in the store or replace it. This applies to all items in our sections "Sale".
CANCEL AN ORDER:
The customer has the possibility to cancel their order 24 hours from its place before sending the order and get the full amount without any questions. Cancel the order within this period by e-mail to support@bennio.cz.

All requests for cancellation of the order should be sent by e-mail to the following address: support@bennio.cz.

Damage and problems
After receiving your order, please check it and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, damaged or if you have received bad goods so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
The time of handling the refund:

Please send us an e-mail with the shipment number when you send your device back. We will need this tracking number to check that the device has been returned.
You should expect a refund within four weeks of handing over the shipment to the carrier for returning goods, but in many cases you will receive money faster. In this time, the transport time is counted during which we will receive your returned goods from the sender (5 to 10 working days), the time that takes us the processing of your returned goods after receiving (3 to 5 days), and the time your bank needs to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).
